For your comfortable stay, please Shout out the following information:

Reception

Opening hours: 00.00-24.00
For all inquiries and assistance please contact reception.

Check-in and check-out

Estimated time of check-in is after 14.00 hours, please, make up 12.00. Extended Stay up to 18.00 will be charged 25% of the board. Her stay guest is obliged to register the ID or passport at the hotel reception. Documents will be returned after checking out.

The hotel bill

The hotel bill may be paid by credit cards or cash. In case of a longer stay, please clear your account every seven days. Guests with areas outside Montenegro, hotel bills are settled in advance.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.

Express check-out

Would you like to have a bill ready before leaving the hotel, please contact the service desk who will be happy to provide on request. To avoid waiting, you can settle the bill the day before departure.

Out of the room

When you leave the room, close windows and doors and turn off all electrical consumers. Leave the key at reception.

Restaurant

The restaurant is open 7:00 to 23:00 hours.

Breakfast: 07:00 to 10:00
Lunch Board: 12:00 to 14:00
Dinner board: 19:00 to 21:00

With a rich buffet breakfast, housekeeping, the restaurant offers a la carte menu with a wide selection of domestic and internacijonalnih meals, varied and offer non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and wine list.

Please, no amount of food from the restaurant.

Intake and eating your own food and drinks and order delivery from outside are not allowed for sanitary reasons.

In the case of trips or early departure, the reception and order a meal otakažite dry food (lunch box) until 20.00 pm the day before.

If desired, for consumption in the restaurant we tretiti account directly to your room.

Please sign personal accounts for all types of hotel services.

Cafeteria

The restaurant is located in the hotel cafeterija, pleasant place of business and friendly meetings. Choose something from the wide range of drinks and beverages of coffee.

Room Service

Room service is available during your stay. To have breakfast and dinner and drinks from Cafeterije, please call customer service desk.

Parking

Guests can use the hotel’s free parking. Hotel is not liable for any possible damage to the vehicle in the parking lot.

Smoking ban

Consumption of cigarettes is prohibited in all public areas as well as in the hotel room .. Guests are smokers to take care of the safety of other hotel guests.

Meetings, banquets

The hotel has conference rooms for thirty people.
Please contact the service desk to provide you with all the necessary information.

Internet

Wireless Internet access is covered by the hotel lobby.

TV

Hotel Albatros has a satellite TV system. On your TV, choose from our television programs.

Dear customer, kindly:

Do not make a noise in the hallways, respect privacy, day and night rest of other hotel guests.
Do not set the hotel’s public areas inappropriately dressed.

Leave your valuables in the safe at the reception.

Never smoke in bed.
Turn off the water, turn off the lights when leaving the consumer remained out of the room.

Get your guests in the hotel restaurant . Not registered persons are not allowed in the room.

Laundry and ironing service

If you use this service, it is enough to put the laundry in the provided bag and leave it on the bed in the room. Your clothes will be returned within one day. Washing, drying and ironing laundry in the room is not allowed. Price List is attached to House rules.

The damage

The destruction and removal of inventory from the hotel room. For the intentional or unintentional damage to the hotel’s inventory will be charged against the account guest.

Security of personal items

Please leave Cash, valuables or documents at the hotel reception safe. The Hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room. Luggage and clothing items do not leave unattended.

Please lock the room twice, each time you’re in the room. Is allowed to receive visits at the restaurant.

Rooms are equipped with 220V outlets.

Night rest

From 23:00 to 7:00 - the night rest. Please, do not make noise and take care of the house rules, hotel, peace and quiet.
